Hello, Ken. I can wholeheartedly recommend Chorus Call for your upcoming off-site investor day event and webcast. I managed a similar investor day in NYC in December at a hotel and confidently relied on Chorus Call for their expert technical support & service in the pre-planning and on-site production of the event. The xxx event included a standard webcast, speaker-advanced slides and live Q&A session with a 50+ onsite audience. There were two on-site media technicians, led by David Thomas, who expertly set up the night prior and ensured that all technical aspects of the event ran smoothly with high quality both on-site and via webcast. David worked with the hotel A/V contractor prior to and during the event – even reviewing the A/V equipment and set-up provided by the contractor in advance to ensure all needs were covered and no unneeded duplication existed (cost savings). The result was a very successful investor event and webcast that was smoothly conducted and well received. I must say having Chorus Call & David Thomas expertly handle the technical and media aspects of the event allowed me and the 5 presenters to focus on other important aspects that made our investor day a success.
