The Conference Meeting Outlook plug-in will allow hosts or schedulers the ability to create an Outlook Appointment, that is automatically populated with all the necessary details for participants to join the conference.
No more looking up dial in numbers and instructions and trying to find your codes!
Conference Centre tab within Outlook
- Allows you to configure Host and Guest codes for meeting
- Drop down menu to select Audio or Video conference meeting
- Customized Audio/Video template, which will automatically populate the
- Conference Meeting instructions
New Meeting button
- Auto-populates the conference meeting details into the Outlook Appointment
- All other Outlook Appointment features remain
