Download the app from one of the links below.

Tap the menu button on the top left of the screen.
Fill in your name, company, the provider code (CCHDM) and then save the settings.

Click the button to join a conference, then enter your passcode and tap “Continue”

Once joined to the call, you can mute and umute your microphone, select the keypad to enter information for futher prompts or place the call on speakerphone.

There is an assistance feature, accessible by tapping the arrow to reveal the button. An operator will join the call and speak to you one-on-one to assist you with your query.
