  • Notable Alumni

More exciting news from Chorus Call.

The Director of Development from the College of Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University sent a personal message to Dr. Coraluppi sharing that his name has been added to CIT’s “notable alumni” page on the website.  CMU is a global research university known for its world-class, interdisciplinary programs: arts, business, computing, engineering, humanities, policy and science.

Founded in 1900 by Andrew Carnegie as the Carnegie Technical Schools, the university became the Carnegie Institute of Technology in 1912 and began granting four-year degrees. In 1967, the Carnegie Institute of Technology merged with the Mellon Institute of Industrial Research to form Carnegie Mellon University.
